Hi again Rhea: I read over all of the posts and see that I missed one (I am Kind of like that with directions too). It looks like your "internet photo services" are automatically resizing your photos (to 360 x240) for use on the web (I just took a look at Photobucket and that appears to be the case). What you need to do is download your full size files directly from your computer to the gallery using the browse function on the photo upload. That should take care of your problems. Good luck
