omg stands for "oh my god" and "zor" (sometimes -orz, or -zorz) is just there to "enhance" it (roxorz, for example means that something rocks very very much).
In short: he's excited and wants to find snakes, very very much.
To be honest, I'd only use that kind of language while mocking people that use it frequently.
