I managed to get the rest of the money together early to get my first garter snake. I will have him in exactly 16 hours and i really cant wait. I got a substrate called repti-terf which looks like its just compressed wood pellets. It absorbs rediculously quickly. My son tested it for me by spilling a cup of juice in the tank while i was setting it up
