Well I was talking to the vet, wich is going to do all the paperwork for my garter to be registered, he said that the main problem for export are the customs (pay duty) in the border. And unfortunatelly I don't know people on the border to ask the legal aspects

as these are born in captivity, I may sell them if I want to...but, they are so cute, I'm planning to set free one or two into their habitat.

Well here are more pictures...this one is the yellow striped, and yep...black belly too
