Here are more sites that specialize in garters & misc colubrids. The first one is pretty active throughout the summer (
FaunaClassifieds Ads - Garter, Water & Ribbon Snakes - Powered by PhotoPost Classifieds). Even though the next one is called a forum, people are just using it to advertise snakes (

This third site doesn't specialize in garters or misc colubrids, but they normally offer
T.s. sirtalis fairly cheap during the summer (
Live Reptiles, Amphibians & Insects - Pet Solutions).
It'll be neat to see how active this site becomes when the young are born next spring
