Rick
I will get a pic as soon as I get a camera.

The two Thamnophis were wild caught in central Kitsap Co. near the town of Chico on Erlands Point (This is the face shaped peninsula[nose pointing east] jutting north into Oyster Bay, NNE about 1/2 inch from thr Bremerton dot)

The person who identified them as T. ordinoides was a local herp breeder who works with Elaphe, Lampropeltis, rarer Pituophis, et. al. She did not indicate anything about T. ordinoides as to imply rareness, just that it was nice not to see just another T. sirtalis again .

It sparked a re-interest in Thamnophis though (as much as I hate to say, my original plan for catching wild garters was to feed my Gray-Banded Kingsnake).
