Hey everybody,
I'm back after a couple days off. Just finished an epic baking session.............oodles and oodles of cookies, and three pumpkin pies. Sliced off a nice chunk of my thumb doing the pies, and learned a few things:
1. Baking can be very tiring.
2. Thumbs are a very important appendage-- never take them for granted lest you slice up one and can't use it for a day or two!!! Makes life rather difficult...

3. This forum is highly addictive....two days off and I almost went completely nuts. I really missed you people!! And man, do the posts ever add up quickly!
