The next ones I found while hiking with my sister in Ithica, NY. The first is an eastern garter (T.s.sirtalis) that I found around a stone wall at a water fall site and the second is my first Maritime garter (T.s.pallidulus)...at least I think??? Found him further up the mountain where it was rather cool.

My wife also took a pic of me with the first garter I caught...LOL...I look like a kid with a new toy. Should have had this one for last month's contest.
