I'm so pleased to hear that your week has turned around in such a remarkable manner! I got to read this whole thread in one go.... bit of a roller-coaster ride!
I understand your reluctance to 'come clean', but you will never get flogged on this forum for making a simple mistake that any one of could make at any moment, but it does look as though your superstition paid off, doesn't it?
