It's actually light blue in reality and the dorsal stripe is light green. The lighting isn't the best possible for bringing out the correct colours.
The lighting is what you get when you mix a Philips AquaRelle lamp and a regular yellow lightbulb. Purple + yellow doesn't quite = white.
