Mine died when the temperatures got to low, so I think you can lower the temps with some degrees, but I would not go lower than 18-20 °C.
Maybe you can limit the hours of light also.
Or maybe keeping them a period quite dry will stimulate the reproduction.
You must treat them as tropical animals.
yes i know that the place were they live is really not the same as the thamnophis,but there is no information to find about this species.
