I'd have to guess T.e.vagrans as well....but....I'd do some scale counting just to be sure (everyone knows how much I love to count scales!

). From what seperates T.elegans from T.sirtalis is....number of upper labials; T.elegans has 8 with number 6 and 7 enlarged. Also, the internasals are not pointed at the front. It's hard to count the labials in the pic, but the back ones do look enlarged....and the second pic really looks like the colour pattern for T.e.vagrans. Is it a wild caught snake and if so, from where?....that'd help in the ID.
