I have just phoned the site and spoken to Sam as I still can't print that silly form off. He told me not to worry and either just turn up or ask someone to add an extra tent to their booking form, no extra deposit needed.
I feel so bad, James, as I said I'd bring the large tent so you won't need to worry. Dillon's play finishes around 8, so we could be at the site between 9 and half past, but that might just be too late to set up. If we can get there on Friday we'd have to bring the little popup tent, I think.
But on the upside... we'll be there one way or another,lol.
