Ok so was just out gathering up Grasshoppers for my Gecko and I heard the leave moving around.. I see a Eastern Garter and go over to get it however it would not come out of the rocks.. I pulled gently and no go so I begin to pull some layers of rocks off. And I find this little guy with about a 1/4 inch of the easterns tail down its throat.. The garter was easyly TWICE to THREE times his size. I was pretty neat to see but I saved the garters life and am now keeping the eastern milk
Figured maybe some of you garter lovers would be proud of me.... Another happy garter in the wild
