Do you need a permit to import them or by them internationally? Yes you do.
Lots of CBB Green Tree Pythons (morelia viridis) and Emerald Tree Boas (corallus caninus)available and you don't need a permit for them if you buy in the US.
Tall cage isn't that important but they do need vertical perches to hang on. A 24" cage is high enough.
