Re: Record births???
I have to call wildlife and check out their rules. I may only be allowed to keep four, in which case the rest will be fed once (for sure) and then released into good habitat near my house.

Re: Record births???
Well... I just spent over a half of a day feeding the little ones! I had to see each one eat, so I know who the non-eaters are.
I put them all in a bucket, dropped in fish and earthworm pieces, and sat and watched... and watched... and watched... Each time someone had a lump, or I saw someone grab a piece of food and swallow it, I transferred them back to their enclosure. In the end, I force fed earthworm parts to five non-eaters, and kept them seperate. All the rest ate either minnow chunks or earthworm pieces readily.
