What species, what sex?

Here are two new additions to my herp family.

They were at the Columbus show today, and were marked as "red sided garters".

I think they are concinnus... does everyone concur?

I also need help sexing them... I hope I picked out a pair, but I am not as good at this as some of you are... so guess away!

Definitely looks more like a red-spotted than a red-sided.

LOL! Which one? There are two.

I hope that number one is female and number two is male. Number two seems "fuller" behind the vent compared to Number one... but wanted to see what others might think.
