Re: Garterbabies 2008 !!
Rockster. =D I like it.
Yeppers!! =D I have been planning the great blackneck search for awhile. =) But I have still been looking for CB in case I can't find any (you field herpers know how it can be *rolls eyes*). Here are some local blacknecks from my surrounding area. *grins* All found in or originated from here in thee 'ole TX!! The above babies are from TX stock and the below adults are wild caught texans. ![]() Now, not every one you catch will look AS nice. And babies are brighter (and the pics sabine posted of course, are babies) But consider it my personal life goal to catch some as nice as sabines. =)

Re: Garterbabies 2008 !!
Wow, it looks like I missed a few posts
![]() I KNOW they're very atractive, but I didn't know they're that wanted in the States ![]() The problem of cyrtopsis in the wild is their habitat. Most common are cyrtopsis cyrtopsis (which is less colorfull) and cyrtopsis ocellatus and their habitat is overlapping. That's why most of the finds are not so colorfull as our babies. But I'm sure there are pure ocellatus out there as well

Gorgeous babies all of them! I can not get over the variety and numbers of baby garters you guys have.
Oh and as to blacknecks here in the US. I have two girls bred by the same male that I am hoping will give birth any day now...
