Looking for Snake for Daughter
Hi guys I'm new here because my Daughter loves snakes and I think Garter Snakes would be the best kind for her. Does anyone know where I can purchase a Garter Snake for her. Thank you!

I love your screen name  . Have a look at this thread (Post Breeders). Garters are starting to show up for sale in larger numbers, but it will still be a while before people are selling this year's young in any numbers. Cheers,Rick |

Howdy and welcome to the site. Like Rick said, you should start seeing garters showing up at your local reptile shows here in the next couple of months. Good luck with your search.

Thank you very much! All of you have been real and I appreciate that! My Daughter is four and she loves animals. She has three spiders, a beautiful Toad and now she wants a snake. Thanks again everyone!

I wish my parents would have given me the opportunity to keep this kind of pets when I was four!
I kept all sorts of critters in jars at that age, from spiders and snails to pillbugs and worms  Good luck in your search! |

We got our garters from Scott Felzer. I started getting into reptiles when I was 6. I'm 8 now.
