Re: Is it time for a bigger house??

That terrarium sounds a little small to me, Anji. Maybe it's time to upsize!

Re: Is it time for a bigger house??

oh, just as an add-on note: The new tank has a big climbing branch in it, where before she just had a little vine stuck to the side of the terrarium. I swear you could see her little eyes light up when she found that branch!!!! She's been hanging out on it ever since, wonder if she'll ever come down again!

Re: Is it time for a bigger house??

Thought that rather than start a new thread, I'd just tack on to this one...........

Today on my way home from work, I stopped in at the little pet shop I use as my "back-up cricket place". I usually buy crickets for Toadie at a store WAY across town, mainly because their crickets are cheap, and their "dozen" can range from 20-40 crickets!! But when I get really stuck for time, as I am lately, I stop at this little hole-in-the-wall store, where they're still not too badly priced.
Anyway, today, after not being in there for quite some time, I noticed a little corner in the back where the guy sells used tanks!! Found a whole stack of good sized (look like 20G) tanks with lids and accessories included- and he only wants $40.00 for each!!
So, it looks like Deejay will be moving again, as soon as I get someone to help me get it home- prob'ly later this afternoon!! YAY!!
