Re: Our garterroom
I'm curious about how keeping multiple garters together works. I have noticed that in the wild they do seem to like to sit in piles of snakes, and I'd be interested in observing their behaviour in a group setting. Lovely setup, by the way.

but it's a bit hard for me to tell this in english. In the first place, we build all the enclosures ourselves with help from a good friend of ours. We did use chipboard (?), this is not very expensive and easy to use. The enclosures on the long site are 3 different parts, so wenn you want to remove them they're not to heavy. |

Did you draw it out before you built those, because I would love to see how they were made. Those are amazing looking! I build my own cages, but thats because I have to not because I want to. I enjoy building so it isn't a hardship.

Re: Our garterroom
Gijs and Sabine
I am curious about your breeding groups. Do you keep males and females breeding groups together all year and hibernate them together? What is your procedure for hibernating the cooler species? Do you drop temperature on the warmer climate garters at night only? Thank you for any assistance Amy |
