I don't know exactly how old they were. junior high and high school kids go to school there. 5 boys, 2 girls and the female principal were killed.

No, it wasn't that close. Maybe 150km from where I'm now.

Did the shooter kill himself or did the police get him?

Shot himself with his .22 pistol, lived for 9-10 hours.

What drives people to do these shocking things. It always leaves me sad.

This is really quite sad, countries like Finland are some of the few left that you don't hear about this kind of thing. It always makes me feel sick inside when I hear news like this, anywhere. Especially being a parent!
