I've seen houmous with pesto, and another with sun-dried tomato... I'll try to get pics next time I go on a houmous safari.

Pesto..............sounds nice. I think the green colour would really compliment the chick peas.
And if you find both pesto and sundried tomato together, it would be a thing of true beauty........
