I just got here. Anji, sorry your day was hectic. I hope your daughter is ok. I spent last night and this morning with doctors for my daughter...she broke her arm tripping over a hurdle at track practice yesterday. Guess who encouraged her to try hurdles
. She says she likes hurdling and wants to get back to doing them once she heals.

I'll talk to you, James. I just have to take brief breaks to make bedtime snacks and tea. And eventually I really need to go do a workout. 11pm is a great time for exercise!
