I just got here. Anji, sorry your day was hectic. I hope your daughter is ok. I spent last night and this morning with doctors for my daughter...she broke her arm tripping over a hurdle at track practice yesterday. Guess who encouraged her to try hurdles . She says she likes hurdling and wants to get back to doing them once she heals.

I'll talk to you, James. I just have to take brief breaks to make bedtime snacks and tea. And eventually I really need to go do a workout. 11pm is a great time for exercise!

Owwww! I hope your daughter is okay, too.
Isn't it wonderful when we encourage our kids to try something new and they break themselves? At least she enjoyed the sport, so she'll forgive you for trying to kill her off!
