Rhea only advice i can give for hormones is chocolate :S
when i was pregnant with my first son my hormones were always going crazy and i used to cry at commercials. it didnt get better when i was pregnant with any of my kids, four sons later and i have decided if my husband wants another baby hes going to get sterilised with a house brick and a hammer. i think every woman has hormone issues at sometime or another mine just happened to be during pregnancy dont feel bad. it happens to all women thats why we have men...........so we can take it out on them

Chocolate is the thing!!

and its really healthy....as its 3 main ingredients are:
cocoa bean - thats a vegetable,
sugar, from the cane or sugar beet, again another vegetable
and milk! well we all need a bit of calcium!

I've never been much into chocolate, but funny you should mention it . . .
I just discovered that the ethnic market three blocks down has belgian hazelnut truffles
and I did eat most of a box pretty much by myself (Mikhaila didn't like them and Jeff got home too late)
I could get into this chocolate thing

and have you ever seen the movie "Junior" where Arnold is pregnant?
it's really cute when he cries at the baby food commercials

Here's a little hormone-therapy solution that I get to indulge in only once in a while..........RETAIL THERAPY!!!
I've been stashing some extra cash away here and there, and today I'm taking my daughter to the mall for a shopping day. I'm planning on buying only things that are not practical or on my list of needs. This is for FUN!!

And we'll be sure to indulge in loads of chocolate ice-cream while we're there, as well!
