It is definitely illegal to take anything from the Narcisse Snake Dens!! As well as any other national or provincial park up here. But I am hoping to get to see the dens sometime before I get too old to walk around! I have a friend who grew up in Manitoba, and according to her, there are no shortage of these snakes even outside of the park.

It's been a dream of mine to go there since I read about it as a kid back in the 70's......
