Re: Its oh so quiet Shh Shh
it's a good thing I get sunburned then
hanging out in a swimsuit is out for me anyway - they're strictly for swimming here's my story of the day: my brother and his wife are visiting from germany they're staying at a hotel because they know me a little but they did come to our house today he pointed out that I'd have so much more space in the living room, if I didn't have so many reptile cages in it of course I enthusiastically agreed with him and then in my mind I wondered what I would do with all that space - probably fill it with reptile cages what do other people do with their living rooms? some more space for books would be kind of nice, but other than that . . . I guess other people have coffee tables and entertainment centers

Re: Its oh so quiet Shh Shh
so far I haven't been to anyone's house with prominent reptile displays in the living room
I'm trying to think what people do have in their living rooms, and I can't say that it's anything of much interest to me, except the occasional book shelf

Welcome, now you have
![]() ![]() and as I turn to the right about 40 degrees... The centre island between the dining room and living room, there is actually 5 tanks packed together on that island. ![]() And if I ever see my dream, I want to enclose one whole corner of the living room with glass, we have 2 large sliding glass doors (surplus) I am going to remove the panels, and frame up a "Jungle room" to fill up with tall plants like mini trees, and let my Asian snakes have it. I think it would be pleasant to see a miniature jungle, waterfalls and all in the corner of the living room. With Limon sitting on his limb

Re: Its oh so quiet Shh Shh
Ok Rhea, only for you would I post pics of my house on the internet. LOL And ONE WORD from anyone about the dust, and I come and take your garters!! I live with 15 dogs and I leave my doors open 90% of the year... so yeah, it's gritty. Deal. LOL
Straight in the front door-- Harry and Hedwig's (hoggies) home on top, fire bellied on bottom. ![]() Turn right-- garter's home. ![]() Corner-- ball's home and Tatiana's tank on top of the bookcase. ![]() In front of the fireplace (which we don't use due to chimney damage, and which one of these days, we'll fix, lol)-- Desdemona's home and Eddie Lizzard's home on the desk. ![]() So yeah, my living room is pretty overtaken too. :-) |

Re: Thamnophis UK meeting 2008
It was a wonderful weekend and I was going to tell you a bit about it and post pictures but we've come back to some terrible news... One of our cats, Milka had been hit by a car this morning and died.
