Rhea, I think those "other people" who have space in their living rooms are not reptile people. Looks like most of us have living rooms full of tanks and critters!

unless you are me and you jsut have a whole SNAKE ROOM complete with sealed off doors wall cages snake racks and a higher temperature range than the rest of the house :O
Whenever me and eddie get our own place, we are most likely going to dedicate my hobby to a finished (carpeted, painted, lighted, etc) basement... because that will give me the room I want to build a cage for my future male albino green burmese python which I simply have decided I must own some day.
