Btw, this happened on Friday and she was served with a $1400 fine yesterday for being over the municipality's 3 dog limit. She has three personal dogs and does rescue. In a previous court case she was assured that she could keep foster dogs for 6 weeks without penalty. It really seems like she's being harassed by the municipality. Don... I'd love to hear your thoughts!
