I am in the process of buying a new digital cam. Unfortunately my phone does not take the highest quality pics. The reptile shop said that it seems to be an Eastern Garter(T. sirtalis), but then again they are the same people who guaranteed their food wasn't tainted. My father and I believe them to be Western Terrestrials (T. elegans) because of their markings. I will have pics up as soon as possible and thank you all for the warm welcome.
