To be slightly more specific, an intergrade is what results from the natural breeding of two sub-species where their geographical ranges overlap. A natural occurrence of cross breeding between two sub-species,

I have a south florida that is much darker (almost looks like getula getula), but has the same patterning.

well what im aware of kings are very popular cross-breeding snakes so even if u didnt find one exactly its ok (well its up to u) try kingsnake.com - the information portal for reptile and amphibian hobbyists.

Would anybody like to comment on my suggestion that the garter Charlet posted pictures of, might be a T. sirtalis annectens and not necessarily a T. radix?
