Yeah, the most I ever got when I was in school was a single tarantula kept on the windowsill of my Grade 7 classroom. It was a bit exciting when he escaped and went for a stroll through the school!

The teacher. Some of the school administration do not like him having the herps there. They are always looking for a reason to make him get rid of them. He has to submit to the Board every year a list of what he has in the classroom. He keeps his enclosures cleaner than most pet stores do, it is very impressive
BTW, I am going with him & someone from F&G to collect data on limestone salamanders on Monday up near Yosemite. So I will be gone the whole day
