Re: what are you reading?

Forgot to mention that I'm also reading Tom Clancy's Without Remorse for the third time. In English, of course.

Re: what are you reading?

I'm reading the Deltora books to Mikhaila at night
we are doing them out of sequence though - we've read the Dragons of Deltora (finishing the fourth one) and are going to start at the beginning after
I want to read The Golden Compass by Phillip Pullman. Jeff and Mikhaila read that together and really liked it, so I'd like to read it before the movie comes out, but I can't find it.

Re: what are you reading?

Rhea, have you read her other books, the "Rowan of Rin" series?? If Mikhaila likes Deltora Quest she'll enjoy those too. Emily Rodda writes fascinating stories! Another great book is 'Dragonrider' by Cornelia Funke. It's a long one though, but worth every word!

Re: what are you reading?

It's the idea of walking the Appalachian Trail that really appeals to me. I hope to actually do it one day. Anyone want to join me?
