George Eliot a life, Rosemary Ashton: Basically very interesting (school). 1491, Charles Mann: About the Precolumbian Cultures of America. Very interesting and beautiful.

if asked, i'd be hard-pressed to name a favorite book or genre of books. i tend to lean toward mythical and magical (just finished john morresey's iron angel trilogy), but i do love a good mystery (currently reading the chairman, a medical mystery by harry kraus), and an occassional biography isn't out of the question (also currently reading piper's biography of athanasius). i just plain love books!
