Good morning!!!

How about a good morning thread? I know I don't always have time to read everything first thing in the morning but I'd love to pop in and wish everyone a wonderful day.

Of course our days all start at such different times!!

So here's my good morning wish for everyone to have a GREAT day, and here is a pic to send us off-- this little guy snuck in the front door this morning and just stood there silently, displaying his heart out!! I turned around from the computer to see him. :-)

And no, he is not for Thanksgiving, lol!!!

LOL!!! That is his beard-- but he has flushed his head/neck bright red and his hangy down nose thing (yeah, that's the technical term) is elongated so THAT'S his way of saying he's happy to see me. :-)

What do we need claws, tails, colour changing, fangs etc. for? Whatever we need, we just make ourselves. That's why we've been so successful, no other species can adapt as quickly as we can.

And our behavior? I'd say it's about as silly as anything any other species might display.

I was musing the other day that we do nearly as much hunting and gathering as our ancestors - except we have to earn money in addition, to earn the priviledge allowing us to do so
