hey

what would a tangerine albino honduran thats 100% het for snow make if bred to another of its excact type? it would be 50% snow and 50% albino right? thanks

I think that's what it would be. Give it a shot though.
I wonder what would happen if I bred my easterns with my checkered. Would all babies be het for the blue? I always thought that it would be half and half. Is that even a gene that would be present in all the snakes? Would they even breed successfully?

none would be hets it would be a mix of the patterns, it could end up bad, or it could end up good ive seen hybrids that are cooler than the original, in my life time i would like try something like that, you should give it a try

Another question what would the albino tangerine 100% het for snow if bred with a nomal tangerine 100% het for albino or a albino tangerine(not het for anything)?

Hi Reed,
IŽll try to answere your questions all in one:
1. If you breed two albinos het for snow ( het for anerythistic) together youŽll get only 25% snows 50% albinos het for snow and 25% albinos (het of nothing) Because you canŽt see the differneces all your albinos should be called "66% pos. het" for anrythristic (or snow).
2. If you breed your to a het albino youŽll get:
50% albinos and 50 % het albinos all these are "50% pos. het" for anerythristic as well.
3. If you breed your albino het for snow to a normal youŽll get:
100% het for albino that are 50% het for anerythistic as well.

and here's one on honduran milksnakes. Albino Tricolors - Terry Dunham Proprietor
I have a pair of hondurans that are double het for ghost. Not old enought to breed yet.

That looks like "high end" genetics.
I donŽt like to read such in English before 5.00 am
