hello all ... if this paste works then the first pic is me XMAS 2005. The second is of my Mom & me at Joshua Tree Park, Palm Springs. I had a business trip in Long Beach, CA (3/2004) and took advantage of the locale. My Mom had never been on a plane before so at 85 years old I thought it best to shoot for the other coast, lol ... She did extremely well ...

![]() It was placed in the regional newspaper. In our province there is coming sunday the first reptile expo. I was asked to give my opinion as a representative of the Reptilezoo Iguana in Vlissingen. It is not a garter snake that is in in my hand. But what is it?

Yeah, Tegus are great! I especially like the black and whites (as pictured), more than the black and yellows. Anyone ever seen Tejovaranus flavipunctatus? It's what they used to call the "Monitor Tegu", from Chile, I believe. Another big Teiid closely relating to (and maybe now classified as) Callopistes.
