Don't get me wrong, that song is OK I just don't like Paul Simon music generally.

The song sort of sound like a dang commercial for Nikon cameras and Kodak film. XD

Love that song! I have a record with a group of songs like that, called Teenage Tragedies. Has all the old tragedy songs. I'm a bit of an oldies fan

I like it very much too. My fathers generation and music taste. He was raised in Lost Hills, CA. Kinda hard to not like some oldies when they are blasted in your ear your entire life. Same goes for my mothers music.

She literally is an Okie from Muskogee (half cherokee) that migrated to Bakersfield California (my birthplace) around 1950.





Now that is truly 100% American music. No foreign influence there.

i have a wide range of musical intrests for playing i love ska, old style r and b before it went wrong and and good old soul. for lissening to my tastes stretch to underground hip hop i love Immortal Technique and Joell Ortiz and of Nas fo shor. anything thats signed by the ''do the dog'' label thats all kick as ska Newtown Kings, Beer Beer Orcastra, Smoke Like a Fish the list goes on, then theres good old guitar Steve Vai ,Joe Satriani, Jimi Hendrix, Slash you know the legends and then spanish guitar Rodrego and Gabriala. allso like abit of funk Groovner Washington is great. like abit of Offsping and Guns and Roses. love some Matalica and Pantera,Ramstine and some Opeth. Cat Empire and the Knife.
