Okay, there's a favorite shows and music thread now, how about favorite movies? I like all the Star Wars movies, Lord of the Rings, Back to the future (watching it now), and I'll probably think of some more obvious ones for me.

Re: Favorite Movies
I'm really into B-movies. Especially horror movies, zombie movies, sci-fi and (to some extent) fantasy. I like the Evil Dead series and the first two in George Romero's "Dead" series (and the remakes).

Re: Favorite Movies
My main intrest would be action movies with actors like Bruce Willis, Stephen Segal or Chuck Norris to name a few. All of the Lord of the rings were great and I to like some of the horror flicks.

Re: Favorite Movies
I'm a big movies fan and I see about any kind of movie in any kind of language. So I'm always very interested if people advice some of their 'classics'. In no particular sequence, these are some movies I recommend:
English language: -Lord of the rings trilogy -American history X -Pappilon -Eternal Shunshine of the spotless mind -The shawshank redemption -The godfather 1 (shame on me, but haven't seen the others yet) -Million dollar baby other languages: - Daens - Hero - City of god ( cidade de deus ) - lola rennt - Das boot I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but this liste came to mind ![]() |

Re: Favorite Movies
I like most movies that GarterGuy and Snaky mentioned, but not really the X-Men movies, Underworld or Dogma. I also can't stand any movie with Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris, Kurt Russell, or anyone of the Baldwin family. Well, except for Stephen Baldwin who was in good movies like The Usual Suspects and The Beast of War.
It is really hard for me to say which my favorite movies are, you'd first have to sort them according to theme. ps. Dark City is better than The Matrix. ![]()

Re: Favorite Movies
Alex Baldwin (I'm pretty sure it was him) was in my Social Studies teacher's class. And some more famous people that I forgot.
