James, it's certainly the least we could do. You're always here and a great guy. It was Gijs&Sabine's idea and we signed the card in Houten. I'm glad that it helped out

Hopefully you are feeling a bit better by now. By the way, the card was not our idea only, it came from Sjoerd also  We just brought the card to the show. |
