I like the part in the movie, Stewie: The Untold Story where he's visiting Lois's 30 years in the future, with his older self. They just get there and Lois answers the door. Then Stewie says,

"She's still ALIVE?????!!!! What the ****, man!!!"

In an episode before that movie was made Stewie mentions he put a time bomb in her uterus. It's pretty amazing the FG crew keeps all these hints together.

Although in the Christmas episode (where Lois goes nuts at the end) the living room suddenly changes. They have a window to the front lawn, and have a fireplace and tree, but no more stairs going up.
