found new snakeee

So my sister's were collecting worms for my snake [brown snake]
when they came running into the house saying they found a snake,by their reactions i was expecting an anaconda....but need'less to say this is a baby snake [and its so freaking cute] but when i say baby...i mean some of the worms where bigger then this.

So i have a questions ><

Is this snake to young to keep? ;[ [ its so cool]
And dont worry i'll be posting pics asap

The top of it is blackish/brownish and the bottom is almost a pink color

I was so excited thinking i finally have a garter..but now takeing a closer look im not sure what he is.
