I have stopped grass track racing this year... thats me in the pic in my racecar...

too much for Maf, he had to do all the work on the car, I just did the fun bit and threw it round a field....and we needed to make room in the garage for my sons car ( an old classic mini!) he is doing it up for when he is 17!

lol my workout schedule is mon- run 2 miles then lacrosse practice, tues-run 4 miles then upper body workout, wed- run 2 miles then lacrosse, thurs- run 4 miles then upper body workout, fri-chilllaax, sat- 30 mins cardio, 30 mins upper body, im hoping its gunna keep me in shape
