How do you set the video to music like that? Do you just play the music while recording or add it later?
I haven't given the snakes a bath day in a long while, other than Chili, who got one a couple days after we found her. I'll have to do it again soon!
I use Windows Vista. It comes with a program called "Windows Movie Maker" Do all my editing with that. Its a really easy to use program and if you have it I can help you with it. Just let me know!

Re: Monday = Swim day

Windows Movie Maker is okay, but it can't handle certain file formats and the quality drops drastically.

We don't use Windows. We use Ubuntu 8.04..........or whatever the latest version is.
And note that when I say "we" I mean my husband. He installs, and does all the administrative stuff.
I just use it, and ask him a lot of questions.
He may know of a Linux equivalent to Moviemaker.

Re: Monday = Swim day

We do have Windows XP on a separate hard drive. I forget about having that because it's mainly for the kids to play their games on. I never use it, but maybe we can get Movie Maker going there!

Re: Monday = Swim day

Anji, Movie Maker should come with XP service pack 2 and it can be downloaded through automatic updates. Search your hard drive, you might have it installed already.

Funny yea say that.. My full time job is IT Manager.. Working mostly with Linux all day.. Working on starting my own business currently to..

Ubuntu is I guess the better of the binary distros for desktop use.. Not sure you will have much fun at all trying to do video stuff on it though. Gnome or KDE is most likely your Desktop Manager and they both have their own tools to do such things.. I can help you out more if need be and point you in the right direction..

I run Gentoo on my Laptop with no GUI for work reasons.. and am not a fan of any other distro to be honest.

Tell your husband I said to fork up a few bucks and run Vista with Ubuntu ontop in a VPC so you can do things easier

**edit i guess you questions have been answered..
