Superworms

Are superworms ok to feed my leo? She really likes them and I was planning on giving her a mixed diet of crickets, superworms, and a waxworm every once in a while.

Super worms are okay, but not too many at a time as they have a high amount of chitin in their exoskeleton, making them harder to digest.
