C.atrox 2 months old now
What an experience it has been. Unlike nonvenomous reptiles, you have to be careful on who you deal with. The liability factor alone was something to think about. Anyhow, they are really cool snakes & I think that some peole do not realize what a jewel they are.
Sorry about the lint in all the pics, did not realize it was there til later. out of 21 babies C. atrox, this is what I have left = D Albino Melenistic ![]() Albino Melenistic x amel ? Re: C.atrox 2 months old now
Jerry, was just thinking of you yesterday. Wasn't it you that was getting the beaded lizard? Perhaps in trade for some atrox? My memory sucks! Saw one at a pet store yesterday and was wondering how yours is doing. Really love your atrox keepers & that normal is pretty awesome looking! Scary, but awesome

Man, I tell you. Those pics put the fear into me like you wouldn't believe. They're very hard for me to look at.
I don't know how you do it, Jerry.

Nice... those are some crazy looking claws. Do you handle them at all? Pretty neat critters

I can't wait till I have my own house and enough experience to get into venomous herps. I really want an eyelash viper, gaboon viper, and a albino rattler...not sure which species.

Re: C.atrox 2 months old now
The biggest obstacle most people will face is the legalities. Less and less states, cities, and counties allow hots, and you must make sure that none of those 3 forms of government where you live have laws against them.
I really would like a black tailed rattler, but they are not allowed here as they are not native. |

Yeah, it is crazy how you can barely keep anything anymore because of all the liabilties that go along with it.
