The new babies - Fox Snakes
Yesterday we took some soft furred rats to a lady that does rescue, and in return she gave us a couple baby fox snakes. They're almost 3 weeks old and just had their first shed 2 days ago. She told us to take as many as we wanted..I now wish we had gotten 3 instead of just the two. I have no idea on names yet. I think they're gorgeous now, but when they get older they'll be stunning with the bright red head. The mom was a 2 headed snake (I think she said the dad was too,) and two of the babies came out with 2 heads, but they didn't make it. She kept them in her freezer and showed them to us. It made me more sad than anything.

Re: The new babies - Fox Snakes
They get around the 5 foot mark, I believe. Not much info about them on the net. Right now they're about 12 inches.
