New non-Garter snake - Page 2

I was looking into getting a Royal python, heard that they were very shy beasts though, I do however have a cupboard sunk into the wall so i guess that could be emptied and the door taken off and replaced with glass xD. I could pick one up for about 90 British pounds.

Whats the word on maintenance and the like?

They fast for long periods (several months at a time) and they're apparently supposed to do that.
