Re: The Nature Photography Thread

Thanks. I'm a bit cheesed off with my poxy, piss-poor camera though Stefan. It just won't go in any closer. I really wanted a picture of Pisaura's eye grouping, but no way my camera will do it.

Re: The Nature Photography Thread

The problem with my camera isn't that it won't take good close-up, but that you have to really get up close to do it. Good luck taking a close-up of a Vipera, when you really have to get well within striking distance to do it.

Yet another R. temporaria.

R. temporaria spawn.

And a couple of months later. How many frogs do you see in this picture?

Re: The Nature Photography Thread

I know! In the past I've taken some real scary close-ups! I think I need to "bite the bullet" now though and buy a decent digital SLR. How else can I ever enter the competitions on this forum? Unless you (and certain others) suddenly start taking really crappy photos!!

Re: The Nature Photography Thread

Six is correct.

Three pictures left before I start going through my archives again.

Re: The Nature Photography Thread

I thought you were going to tell me there were 12! Are you raising frogs, or is that just a man-made pond?
