Here is a photo of some of my bees (~1.5 kg) getting ready to leave for a new hive. Yes I fool around with them too.

Stefan: I try to keep three hives, lost two this winter, probably due to varroa mites (Varroa jacobsoni ).which have gotten t be a real problem. If I had your camera (and skill) I could show you a photo. Gotta get a good macro lens!
